When he says he needs his space, what is he thinking? Usually when a guy says he needs his space, he doesn't mean from his buddies or others in his life. When he says this, he usually means he needs space away from you. He is feeling smothered, maybe you are being too clingy or needy. Worst case, another woman has caught his eye. This does happen and a lot. A woman who is not clingy and needy and does not try to monitor him, a cool girl.
